I am a proud member of NCS, ACS and AFA.

A 50% deposit is required to hold a bird.  All sales are on a first come first serve basis.  All sales are final. DNA testing can be completed for an additional $25 per bird, paid in advance.
Though it's not required, I recommend buyers to select at least two babies if they don't already have a cockatiel. Cockatiels are flock birds and enjoy the company of another bird when they can't be with their human. When their human comes near the cage then it's every bird for themselves as they try to get to their human. What I usually say is: would you want to spend all day in a cage by yourself? No? Cockatiels are the same way. Mine are used to the company of another bird. Plus since cockatiels have individual personalities as do humans, you have the benefit from enjoying their different personalities.
An important item to have is a gram scale so you know what is a normal weight for your bird. Example, a baby went home with a new mom that only wanted one bird. Within 3 days, the baby lost 30g. Had she not had a gram scale, the baby could have died. Luckily she contacted me right away, the baby came back for a week to get it's weight back and then went back home with a bird buddy. The new mom said she was happy with that her baby has a new buddy and both adjusted well.

Guarantee:
All bird sales include a 3 day health guarantee.  For guarantee to be valid, the bird(s) in question must be seen by a certified Avian Veterinarian, and the veterinarian’s report of the examination must be forwarded to me for my review and records.  If the bird is shown to have anything more than a minor treatable illness, buyer will have the choice of a replacement bird(s) of equal value or cash refund for the sale of the bird(s).

Promotional Offers or Sales:
If promotional offers or sales are in effect (i.e.: Buy 2, get 3rd free), All terms of sale must be met at the closing of sale.  Prior completed purchases will not be applied to new promotional offers or sales. However, due to the high cost of breeding and maintaining a large flock such as ours(60+ breeders and their babies), unless a sale is advertised, discounts are limited to the purchase of 5 or more birds(such as buy 5, get the 6th free).

On-Site Pick-up of Birds on Hold with 50% Deposit:
Birds must be picked up within 1 week after being notified when their baby is weaned.  Buyers will be notified when bird is weaned, and an appointment date and time for pick-up must be scheduled within 1 week.  If the bird is not picked up within 1 week, a $10.00 per day lodging fee will be assessed for caring for the bird while in my possession.  Sometimes circumstances will not allow for a timely pick-up, and timely communications on conflicts is key but must be done at the time the buyer is notified of the baby refusing formula.  Any exceptions to the above On-Site Pick-up requirements must be mutually agreed upon in advance. It is preferable have not only a phone number but a email address to use in communication.
Hatch certificates are given upon request.
